Barcoding and Zebra Help Fleet Farm Modernize for a More Efficient Future HOW STANDARDIZATION WITH ANDROID MAXIMIZED AN INVESTMENT IN MODERNIZATION Challenges Fleet Farm has grown rapidly, adding four to five stores each year. Existing solutions burdened employees with as many as three separate pieces of hardware. To maintain performance and boost quality, Fleet Farm needed to overhaul its inventory management tools with a standardized, scalable, all-in-one mobile solution that could improve store associates’ effectiveness and elevate customer experiences. Solution After comparing the strengths of different offerings, Fleet Farm and Barcoding determined that Zebra devices offered an all-in-one solution.
